In addition, when you call a Horizonfurniture professional using the number displayed on the professional’s Horizonfurniture page, we may collect certain analytic data. Similarly, when you submit information to a Horizonfurniture professional through their Horizonfurniture professional profile, we may collect and maintain that information on the professional’s behalf; however.

Messages: If you exchange messages with others through the site, in accordance with applicable law, we may store them in order to process and deliver them, allow you to manage them, and investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the site. The Horizonfurniture platform may also enable you to connect, at your initiation, with third-party providers of products and services who you wish to contact outside of the site; any such information you submit or send to third parties in this manner, including your personal email address, is not subject to this privacy policy.

Site Activity and Automatically Collected Information: We collect and may store information about your use of the site (including our mobile applications), such as your search activity, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. Horizonfurniture is a social network connecting homeowners and home professionals. However, Horizonfurniture expects users of the Horizonfurniture platform to respect the intellectual property rights of others. Users who have uploaded content have represented and warranted that they have the rights to permit Horizonfurniture to use it on the Horizonfurniture platform. If you infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others, your content may be removed or suspended in whole or part. It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and our discretion, to disable and/or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are charged repeatedly with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by Horizonfurniture infringe your copyright or trademark rights, you may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed, or access to it blocked. The notice must include the following information:
